I work out of Nadder Centre, a small, friendly place, where I can almost guarantee that you won’t see any “lycra-clad” men or women; just a full spectrum of ages and sizes, sporting comfortable clothing to workout in – and there’s only a couple of mirrors too!

The “thing” about the gym is that there is much more equipment to choose from than I could ever provide if I came to your house – but that’s not to say it’s not possible…
